Great now I changed the pilots to 45's and the mains to 152.5 152.5 155. The #1 cylinder is not firing. I changed that plug no difference. Any suggestions? It does have spark. It is not getting any gas.

Mine did that this year....plugged pilot doesn't take much. You can separate the air box and spray gas or carb cleaner, etc into that carb to see if the idle changes....then you know it's fuel for sure.

Figured it out. I pinched the pto fuel line with the bottom of the air box. Thanks for all the help.

OH DUH!!! LOL
Wouldn't fire cause of that. Let us know if this jetting keeps the light off.. Seems like these SRX's are run a few jets lean from the factory and you can just keep giving them fuel and wont bother them. I dont know why everybody including myself is so retentive to run it as lean as possible.

Man with all of the lean talk that goes on every year and having gone through a couple of rebuilds on my last sled, I don't mind being jetted a little fat and spending a couple of more $$ in gas instead of spending way more in rebuilding, renting a sled, etc.

I am going to bump up to 45 pilots and 152.5 across the board.
hi I just bought a 2001 srx with a couple of burnt out pistons
when I take it all apart and find that its been tampered with
is it a safe bet to jet it according to the stock jetting chart or should I go the next fatter on the chart
I run at sea level -15 celcious and not premium fuel cause you cant get it here
I suspect the pump octane level to be around 89
I also heard that the srx likes to eat the odd piston but they sure are sweet and fast
