Bearing went to crap on monday , called for a new one ,they want $75.00 ,is this right ???????? If so how hard are they to change ???? Is on a 83 srv 540 . If I'm going to change that is there anything else i should change ????? Its the pully side bearing....

you should remove the chain case cover and gears install new bearing make sure jackshat spins freely by hand plus a gear and chain inspection is not a bad idea
 
no the dont if you have a aftermarket bearing supplier remove the bearing take it to him he should be able to help for 15 or 20 bucks
