Secondary Sheave Bearing

Bearing went to crap on monday , called for a new one ,they want $75.00 ,is this right ???????? If so how hard are they to change ???? Is on a 83 srv 540 . If I'm going to change that is there anything else i should change ????? Its the pully side bearing....

do you mean the jackshaft bearing or the bushing in the secondary clutch

when you remove the back clutch is it the shaft the clutch goes on thats loose or is it inside the back clutch

its the shaft berring . you can move that hole side 1/4 in...

you should remove the chain case cover and gears install new bearing make sure jackshat spins freely by hand plus a gear and chain inspection is not a bad idea

no the dont if you have a aftermarket bearing supplier remove the bearing take it to him he should be able to help for 15 or 20 bucks

you should be able to get a bearing cheaper than that. the bearing number should be 205u and only cost like 15- 20 dollars.
