thanks guys. i will keep you updated. Once we get some snow here i will take a closer look at the RPMS and Spedo gage and i wil ride next to someone who has a digital gage.

You mentioned you replaced the rollers and such on the primary, did you make sure everythings is back together correctly and nothing is loose. Check the alignment as a fresh clutch may show up problems that where not visable with a worn out one. Also look at the secondary, that sled should hit 100 Easy, Was doing 80 in a foot without pinning it on my xt So you shouldn't have a problem either.
