89 exciter, what are the bennifits of using a newer vmax secondary? i'm either planning on using the vmax secondary or tuning the stock secondary to SX specs... thoughts?
not sure what helix it has, i beleive the helix itself was the same between the SX and other exciter models. my secondary has the white spring, SX models had the pink spring. they both used the A-2 setting from the factory.
94 vmax came with pink secondary stock, and they have the helix on the outside, so overall it sounds like a better clutch anyways. anyone know if it will bolt right on an EX570?
You'll need a longer bolt and a spacer to bolt it to the jackshaft. I read somewhere that one from an SRX (probably all the triples) will work. Haven't done it myself yet.
