Ok first of all i cleaned my carbs set the to spec. put them back on... right well it was backfiring and when it did u could see it pop out smoke by the center of the head towards carbs.. anyways it also fouls out main plug barely a little black on the others. also the compression check was 125 all the way across so what could this be going to try to flip plug wires around maybe i have a bad coil but i would like some advice here not so good on workin in them first year of having problems

Sounds like the cards are out. Check the float and pilots. Did it foul a new plug or old one?

check your throttle switch and bypass
Mine was acting like that last year and it was the headlight delay relay.

It really dose sound electrical. but i never touched the float. where do i find a cheap tool to measure it at. but sometimes when u messed with a wire it would pop... sound better then go back to poping now it dont matter you give it gas and it barely wants to move and pops and backfires. total loss of power

Any depth gauge or mechanical caliper can be used. If its idle fine and then backfiring with gas itst the tors. I bet the throttle cable is out of adjustment. Bypas the tors on the carbs. http://www.totallyamaha.net/forums/showthread.php?t=42925&highlight=bypass+tors
