Whats the fastest you had your sxr going? Post pics to i want to see other sxr!

I am just wondering how fast it goes with other people mods.. Mine gose 110 with reedspacers, stock.... Now i have hauck pipes and hauck clutch kit and air box mod and other little things? How fast you think it will go now.. and what can i beat?

hmmm...

My dad has a 2000 sxr 700, he has a mbrp race can and a 1.25" rip saw track, some carb tuning for the can and I know it will do 110 all day long. I have beat my buddy's 03 f7 many times with my dads sled. My viper has haucks venom kit so if its anything like what you have on your sxr you should have no problem with any sled in the 700cc class.
 
patsxr700, not knocking you at all BUT it seams that every post you put up is "how fast does it go" "how much more top end speed will i get with pipes" and so on. You can gear and/or clutch any sled stock OR modded sled to go fast. You can also have the most HP of any of your buddies sleds and still have the slowest sled in the bunch. It's ALL on how you put the power to the ground ya know.
To answer your question..... My SX-R has kicked *** all over my brother-in-laws MXZ 700, a friends XC700 and a strangers on F7's
Plus set up right you can hang right with a SRX, SOMETIMES lol
 
Yea i was just wondering i have every thing i shoukd have but now no snow.. I just cant wait to try it out... with every thing i got in to it..
 
I really had no need for top speed but my 97 700 would go 109, my fun came in at 0 to 60, on the trails. clutch kit, one layer removed, reeds, trail can, carb spacers, droped one tooth on top, veriflo, 1.4in track, ultra lites, and i just sold it, but it was fun.
 
Ive had the speedo buried on a hard packed road with the stock track wih 192 picks, but now i got 1 1/4 track, long travel and 15000 on the old girl...can barely git her to 100!
 
110 on the Dreamometer???

I've had my SXR600 up to 100.6 on GPS. Clutched, triple pipes, carbon tech reeds, spacers. Although she is a little tired with 9000 Km on it!!! :)

Buy a GPS. That's the only way to get an accurate measurement.

did you leave your heatexchanger guards in?
if you did you need to remove them or clip that track to clear them.

my super venture 115 last year, this year maybe 150
 
My V-max went 115 on speedo last year, only thing done was V-Force reeds and spacers. Track was not picked though... Not sure what it goes now with the pipes, have gone a bit over 100 with limited room on the trail, still had quite a bit left though...

as johnyquest say speed isint everything i would sooner have a sled that accelerates to 100 mph faster if your 3 sled lengths ahead he can go 105mph it will take him over a mile to get by you and who runs a mile anyway

Mine looks normal to keep the suspicion down to a minimum......Kinda like a sleeper until you open up a can of WHOOP ***!!!
