So I got it figured. It was an electrical issue.

Had it out today and for the first time since the rebuild...this thing was absolutely ripping!!!
Got the vari-flow going today as well.
This sled is now set up. Deep powder and the front end is up and power to boot from +5 to -25 *C

What was the electrical issue?

The connector for my coil inputs. It was crimped up against the crank case. At certain points it was shorting out. Very hard to find as it was very intermitent. Got lucky on failure timing. Happened to grab the right connector at the right time and the sled woke right up.
