head gasket mod on mm700

was wondering if it is worth doing the head gasket modd and if it will affect the reliability and if I would have to burn high octane fuel. The sled now has power inc pipes , airbox mod,holtman attac and clutching is spot on just looking fot a few more ponies.

I'd do it if I were you but they say to only remove the center layer if you have pipes. I'm using 89 octane with just the center removed.

You should be running 91 with the pipes anyway. If your running regular your driving a ticking time bomb.

I'm running midgrade. They have 87, 89 and 92 here. But I suppose I could switch to 92 if you insist.

I would run the 92 since you are piped and thin gasket. The lower octane is an recepie for blown motor.
