OK I have read the threads and every one say it dont work. Some thing about Clevis type mounts. I have a pair of shocks here that I was told were off a RX! (new) and they have eyelets top and bottom. With out removing the stock Ohlins they seam the same. Are they too long to fit? I got this picture off ebay. The shock are identical to this.

Your stock ohlins shocks are about 13.5 inchs long (eyelet to eyelet). You need to confirm the length of the RX1 shock. With a stock width front end I would guess they would be too long to fit. Whats wrong with your Ohlins shocks?

18.5 end to end. I and just trying to lift front a bit. Ohlins are fine as far as I know.
you will bend rad rods and trailing arms with that long of a shock on stock trailing arms. It makes the bump steer stupid on it. Maxdlx

Thanks, tghat was the answer I was looking for. I guess I will get the shock extensions.
I put shock extensions on my ohlins shocks. 5/8" rod extensions from Advant-edge Motorsports. This gives you about 1 inch more ski travel. Have run these for a few years now with no troubles.
