Where do i set the air screw at on a SRX 700.....98-99 and the 2000-2002
Alittle info
Some guys here describes parts on a carb/circuit different then others...can you post a pic of a carb & the item your are describing...if its the one under the carb, thats a fuel screw its tunable...if its the one inside the fuel bowl, thats a pilot jet & main jet( not settable only changeable buy replacing with different sizes & the needles...if its the ones in the front of a carb its the air horn, thats a air screw, not settable only changeable with different sizes...then theres a fuel float with a needle & seat, that needs adjusting...so there is a lot of stuff in them carbs...
Have you looked here in the tech section on t.Y.!!!

My mistake..its the fuel screw..the one under the carb in the front...You know the ones you cant get to without pulling the carbs unless you have remote adjusters...lol
Yep, did that a few time this on mine & a few other sleds as well, you should be able to get the specs on your sled in one of my links I sent ya...good luck, what you do is screw them in till lightly seated & then screw out the # of turns specified for your sled, I would set it 1/8 turn more then factory & should work fine...cheers
