Skidoo ARM suspension in SRX??

Are you talking about the ad bovin that they put in the formula z for a while? That is a piece of junk. Its not the same as the expert even though it looks like.

Yeah, that's the one. No good eh! They look decent but I have never tried a sled with one. I had an oportunity to buy one cheap and thought I might try it in my SRX. Maybe I'll hold off now.

I have no experience with them. I have just read that the doo guys hated them. Compare it closely to the expert x. I think you can tell that although the look similar they are not the same.

i have riden one adn they were great, i believe the difference is in an anti bottoming spring setup that is on an expert but not on a skidoo version. check with bovine, i think they sold an upgrade to address this for doo guys. that was a long time ago and i could be wrong on that.

I rode a 99 Formula Z 670 for years. The suspension doesn't hook up at all, it is very comfortable and handles anything you can through at it, just don't expect to hook up. I had 144 studs and this thing just spun, no weight transfer at all. Hope this helps.

I owned a 98 form Z 670 with that suspension you are looking at, It rode very rough but maybe a little better then the no action pro-action you have now, the hooked up awsome with NO studs, in a 500 ft drag it was very fast and all stock. if you are looking to try a ski-doo skid look into one of the newer skids maybe a SC-10 III or maybe there is even newer. If you go with a differant skid onthe srx then you will most likely have to redo the front end to even the height out to make the rear work with the front not against each other. but any way good luck
