How does the power valve tester work? When I apply power the servo motor opens 100% But when you take power off it turns back 1/4 turn . Do you have to leave the power on all the time while doing this to get your 2.5mm gap? If so is it hard on anything if you do.Thanks for the help NIGHTTRAIN9

I beleive you my have too, I marked mine and just check it and turn by hand

No, the servo should stay put when key off or power off, if it's pullingnighttrain9 said:

IT JITTERS so I took the bender racing power valve adjustment tool and chucked IT! I think at least $29 went down the drain! I then did What every one here does and slowed engine below 900 and thet stayed full open where I marked them. I am never ever going to buy any thing until I check here first! you guys rock. THANK YOU! THANK YOU!

DON'T throw that adjustment tool out(send it to menighttrain9 said:

if your trying to adjust your vales here's a procedure to help ya out.

DAMAN Thanks for the help ! After I adjusted the valves I hooked back up the bender valve tester and it works . You were right on they were way to tight . Just found the sled last summer 414 miles paid $3700 2002 srx the sled of my dreams! I have turks clutch kit in it with pioneer 51/43 helix. I Am heading to munising next sunday for 7 days can't wait to ride this thing I am in East China we will have to hook up would love to ride the new deckerville trail THANKS AGAIN NIGHTTRAIN9

Good to hear, sound like a beauty, always use premium gas, BR9ECS plugs and listen to your DCS if it flashes..
