Where to find a 12V Socket and RCA Adapter?

Does anyone know where I could find a plug/adapter that I could plug into my existing 12V "cigarette" receptacle that would supply me with a location to plug in a heated shield RCA and still have a 12v cigarette adapter open?

Auto parts store? Get a "Y" cigarette plug adapter, cut one off and splice an RCA plug onto it. Tape up or shrink tube the wires nicely and it would be fine.

I have plug in problem. where i can fix it. give me any idea about that. i am really angry because i can not detect the problem.
