Phazer II running rough again

Hey guys I have another problem with my phazer.
Last week the jackshaft bearing blew on the clutch side and it took out the bearing holder and the feul line that goes to the clutch side carb. After the bearing and feul line went I had to ride for a few minutes to get to road to get picked up.

I fixed everything up on Thursday and get it back running. The problem is it not running right on the clutch side of the motor. Everytime I pull the plug its wet. I have pulled the carb 3 times and gave the carbs a good cleaning. The motor just doesn't run smooth on that cylinder. I even pulled the reeds off to make sure they are ok and they are good. I also did a compression test on that side and its 125.

I figure I must have hurt something when I limped the sled to the road. I am convinced it must be carb related but all I did was change the feul line.

Any ideas guys?

did your air/fuel screw back out on that side? mine did when i rode it the other day.phazer engine vibrate alot, and the springs on the screw got weak. and allow the screw to back out.if so take it out and stretch the spring.
 
Hey ramblnman my air screws didn't move at all, they are both really stiff to move.

It just seems weird that it ran great then after the fuel line went I am having all this problems. I thought that maybe with the carb not getting all the feul it should have been getting that maybe that cylinder got to much oil. But it looks good from looking down the plug hole.

Check to make sure no other fuel lines or the vacuum line (I forget what it's called, but the line that goes from the case to the fuel pump) got damaged.

Maybe new plugs too?

Pulse line is what you're referring to I think.
 
Still not fixed

Hey guys I have tried several sets of plugs and that didn't help. Also I have an inline spark tester and the spark looks good on both sides. Also I have checked all on my lines and they all look good.

The fuel line that I replaced that goes to the clutch side carb is always full of fuel when I pull the carbs off.
