500 twin carbs on 600 triple, same as hauck carb bore?

Well since you have a 600, you have 31mm carbs, you could just get some 700's which are 33's. You can put 3 500's together and make them into a rack, however, it's lots of work, made many sets, boring to 35.5 is generally a mistake, it sometimes causes other problems, maybe you should just try the 33's.

do the tm33's from the 700 fit snugly in the carb boots? i know a guy that took his sxr700 directly to hauck for some fine tuning (hes got their pipes, boost bottle, cluthing, carb bore, ect..) and they cant seem to get the thing dialed in. not that it has anything to do with this. thanks for the input! :offtopic: :o|

Find a 700 with a bad crank and take the Jugs, Head, pistons, and carbs on bolt them on your 600 bottom end and remove the 600 emblem from your head an place it on the 700 head. My buddy is running around with a Vmax Deluxe "600" done up this way. Got all the parts for 250$ from a sled salvage yard.

i am looking for a 700 top end. can some one varify if the 700 carbs fit snugly in the boots or do they also need the rings?

the outside dimensions are the same they are the same bodies, yours are just smaller inside, get a set of any 33's and put your tuning components in them

600 blew today, tomorrow im ordering new 700 jugs and pistons(getting them 10% over dealer cost), i still want to try the 36's and was wondering what issues you had with turning them into a rack? i enjoy tinkering with this kind of stuff.
