ok thought i did earlier.so here goes.sled had bad or very annoying load up at about 30 to 40 mph, plugs were always wet.set up was factory as far as i can tell.1 1/8 on air screw and second groove on the jet needle.everything else was spec for my area which covers most except the mountians of course.i moved the needle to the number 1 position and dialed the air screw out to 1 1/2 .runs great now with no loading up so far .going out for easterseals ride saturday (100 miles or so) so that will be the real test, but so far the plugs are spot on.if the weather goes to much warmer id seriously concider 1 1/4 on the air screw just to give it a tad of richness.i use the standard ngk plugs gapped at .030 and syn oil.i did buy a set of super bosch plugs to try and gallon of iopone syn oil with the strawberry smell to it ,should be in today.daman said:Hey cougar why don't you go ahead and post where you were at and what

Well today was the big test!PASSED with flying colors, the sled ran flawlessly on a 100 mile jaunt.Excellent throttle responce and good fuel econmy for one of these pigs. Was a excellent day for a ride,-18 and clear, and lots of sledders out having a good time for a good cause(easterseals).Never fails though somebody has to go into the bush,3 cats and 1 yammy ,no sled damage and maybe 1 rib injury to the yammy rider as he fell on a stump, ouch thats got to hurt.Oddly enough the 3 cats were ridden by 3 kittys. No breakdowns by any of the brands and all were well represented.Came across one brave soul rideing on the trails with a 68 or 69 doo ,now that takes balls.

Well i never really paid attenion to the fuel milage really but id say 100 miles or so to a little less than a tank.will have to pay better attent next time out .everybody on the ride got a free fillup at about the halfway point.i was just above 1/2 could of made the trip on my own tank but why would i turn down free gas?i might add this is rideing in hilly county with lots of twists and turns .

YUP cant beat that, and the chance to ride for a good cause with other people that enjoy sledding made for a good day.also the lack of snobbery by differnt brand owners was cool to ,its bad enough that non-riders hate what we do without us being doornobs about what we or somebody else rides.stick together or were going down!daman said:Dang free gas can't beat that, i dumped $100 bucks today.![]()
