That is a cool pic! Like to see a bunch of them since it's been so long since we've seen those old sleds. Call it a little tribute to the old Open Mod Iron of the late 90's early 00's

Would really like to see some of the different motors of those days again!!

these days I would really just like to SEE the motor, without taking off 3 million little turn buckles! or whatever there called.
 
I have autographed Blair morgan gloves! from the 00 X Games at Mount Snow in Vermont. But no pics!

Sorry but I don't care about anything to do with Blair Morgan!!! Plus what does that have to do with Yamie snocross sleds?????
 
^^what he said. lol No one has any pics of yamaha's cause they could hardly compete back then. Don't get me wrong I love yamaha's as much as the next guy. But back then sno-x was dominated by cat and skidoo.

That still doesn't mean that i want to see pics of Blair Morgan an his sleds, gear etc...
I wasn't looking for snocross history, just wanted to see some of the old YAMAHA snocross sleds and their powerplants.
 
Here's an old viper sno-cross pic. I seem to remember that in the 90's Yamaha won the 600's points class, like the last year the had the class.

well , theese are a bit older. From 92-93 season from Finland. Open 1000 class Vmax-4 snowcross sled.

ouch! I couldn't imagine riding a vm4 in snocross!

Btw, I google for an 1 1/2 yesterday and found nothing. I tried to help ya JQ! lots of AC and doos, but no yammies.
 
I really enjoy wieving pics of snocross yammies, I've been searching on google and swedish sites for pics without any success.

Well ic they all changed the supension in it lmao... The first jump they hit they would probbly break the w arm or a leg... loll

I just saw a ton of pictures from the X-Games when Chris Vincent and Blair Morgan would battle and now I cannot find them! Darn!!! I will see if I can dig them up again!
