I've been down the road using Dwayne Watt's stuff. Your right, there is almost no tech support......so you are on your own $$$$$$$$$$$$$!! As for Dwayne, he goes back ALONG time ago. He was part of the group that designed and worked on the old clutch systems they used on the old BRUT snowmobiles. They were later sold as aftermarket MAGNUM GOLD clutches. Tried those back in the 80's. They were supposed to be the SH%t. They had great top end, but terrible low end response.
As for the HH's, as most of you know I have about 5000 trouble free miles on mine. Can't say enough about them. I am sure they'd work good in a SRX too. My buddy has a really clean 1998 SRX600. He tried every combination of Yamaha wts. with varying results, none that good the last several years. He finally bought some HH's and that thing flies now. Nuff said.

did you grind the weight down so that it will clear? the p 56 weight is to long for the yamaha clutch and needs to be trimmed..you will see what i mean if you try and swing the weight with the clutch apart....if you are trying to get a 56 g weight, better start off with a 58 and start removing the tip till it clears, then run it....if you are still to heavy...(low rpm) then take a little more off the back of each weight till you hit it right. start heavy....you can always take more off......

got the weights figured out. they (10-56) work great.
i put them in a '00 srx.

IMO, cat secondarys are the best setup. Any tuning parts are a dime a dozen. Polaris weights work great. I know that they arn't adj. but 56's should be close. Also run the polaris weights in a polaris primary. Just my 2 cents!

why are the cat secondarys so good? is there any real gain to be had?
