Bender Pipe Jetting

I have a 02 Viper, Bender pipes,head gasket,heat exchanger. running 167 mains, 55 pilots. burnt center piston on exhaust side. Tells me its lean on the mains. any ideas?? at the same time it somtimes fouls plugs on idle.
 
I am running 165s and 55s on mine with Bender pipes. Screws at 1 3/4, needles at 3. I have a peak performance head with 22cc domes. I am at sea level to ~1500ft. I ride mostly in around 20* weather. I have ridden it in -10. I have done plug readings on my plugs at 20*. My plugs look good at that temp. I have not done the Bender airbox mod on mine. Mine is an 04 with DCS. I have not had a flicker of my DCS light since installing the pipes, even in the -10* temps. I have bought gas at two different places. One is 91 octane, the other is 93 octane. I have bought gas exclusively at these two places since adding the pipes. I have put ~500 miles on it since adding the pipes.

needles are stock setting and fuel screws are at 17/8 turn, elevation is 0-1200ft when in burned it was +20 degrees.

My son's Viper with Bender/Opticool/RHE has been running 167/55 for 3 years with no problem. We did have the pipes ceramic coated. Make sure you check your exhaust valves/cables. He had one burn-through on #3 (mag) and a rub-through on the center. I'd have to check the recs, but at 1200 ft/20 degrees with 167/55, I'd be inclined to think it's a mid-range burn down related to the needle clip position. IIRC though, he runs at 2 1/2 here and 3 in Montana (6000-8000 feet). We did not mod the airbox.
 
you need to go thru the carb circuits, idle/low speed, mid range and then topendand see where its lean, by reading the plugs and piston tops. Everyone always overlooks the needles, this is where 90% of all burndowns occur. if you gut the airboxs and such your only adding to the problem as well.
 
I am running 165/165/170 and 55pj and no issues. If you have a stock head you should probably run a 170 on the mag jug.
