I changed the sliders and now I cant get the suspension back in. I can get the front and back bolts in but not the middle ones. I have tried for about 4 hours and I am ready to smash something. Any help would be appreciated.

take the nuts off the transfer rods. you should be able to slip it in by your self.

Those are the transfer rods. Loosen the bolt way up on each side.
ok cool. Thanks for the help. Im gonna go do that right now maybe I can get it in this time.
Suspend the sled off the floor front and back, and have someone push down and forward on the rear axle. It also helps to work a wood block (short 2x4) in to hold up the Rear Shock assembly.
You should be amazed at how easy it is when pressure is applied to the rear axle.

You can't be riding today in this weather we have.-43 wind chills and blowing north winds.Nothing happening here this weekend, tomorrow will even be worse...-46 windchills. Not sledding weather for me at all. Both of my sleds are frozen in the sled...lol.No testing for me.Got to wait another week to work on the sleds and do some suspension work and clutching again.
well I was out for about 15 min just ridein in the yard. Wasnt that bad outta the wind. I think this blizzard will make the ditches nice again. I am planning on goin for a short ride with a buddy that helped me fix my sled tomorrow.
No need to loosen the bolt if you simply push down and forward on the rear axle. Try it, you will like it.
