How have you set up your long travel suspension for maximum top end?

will get the SRX going strong, just a few adjustments and she will roll.I hope.
Will have to convert it back to short travel and lower front end also.

Found my SRX shocks and they are 12" front and 17" rear eye to eye.Does anyone know what the SX shocks measure up eye to eye.Want to know what the difference is between the 2 and the travel. If I decide to put my original SRX shocks back into the SX skid, how much drop in height am I looking at.I would then also have to put the front ski shocks back to original height also.I did the flip and switch bracket deal a while back to gain some heght.Got new shock brackets in their original pkg's yet. What ya's think?
Was the SX suspension originally a 11.5 travel. What travel was the 02 SRX then?Looking to doing something with my SRX Thursday or Friday.

Your avatar says you have an sx-r 600, if I were you I'd run it on the trails and put your srx back to stock suspension and set it up for the top end you are looking for. Just my 2 cents.

Yes very true.I use my SXR for more ditchbanging and deeper snow. The SRX is more a River or Lake runner. But can't help driving my SRX all the time, love the acceleration of it.Will work on the suspension to get it to where it should be again.Love both sleds..bullet proof motors for sure. That SXR just keeps on ticking with already 10,000 plus km's on it.The SRX has 3900 miles on it,still breaking it in..lol.

My 02 would pull 115 the speedo in typical loose trail conditions when stock. Now with the expertx and 1.25 predator, all I see is about 105. But, the weight transfer and acceleration are outstanding and it will run with any sled in a 1/4 mile on the trail. No, it is no longer a lake monster, but corner to corner and that first 1/4 mile, LOOK OUT!
