Bender can & DCS?

Funny i just read somewhere on this site a guy had the exact opposite experience, where his light would come on all the time and he couldnt figure it out, just for the hell of it he put a bender silencer and in his words problem gone, any way dont know personally just read that somewhere, just today infact, good luck.

yah, that was me, just the opposite of what he asked?? Does his dcs light come on now ??

does your light come on now that u installed the can??on my 02 srx just the opposite happened!! & I tried everything to make it stop . I bought the silencer used so i don't know which model it is. no more light. ther'es something touchy about this light ?????? my freinds o2 wouldn't go off for anything. I bought the can from him!
 
I am running about 145psi cold on this ported motor. I am going to drop the compression a bit and see if that helps? Get it into the 120-130 range. I am jetted with 45 pilots and 152.3 mains across the board. It seems to be a bit better now. Before I had 42.5 pilots and 150 mains and it came on almost as soon as I held it open at all. But still comes on when I race across a corn field. I have also just today put duct tape across five 2 in holes I drilled in the air box when I first bought the sled. Funny thing is I had a cpr 780 on her last year with 140 psi and a different guage (now have a snap on) and jetted it 42.5 pilots with 150 mains and never had a probelm with the dcs. Sold the kit but had the cylinders ported to the same secs as the cpr 780 and now I have the dcs probelm. I will say it does run quiet nice.
 
ran her this weekend with the holes I drilled in the air box taped up and stock can. Dcs barely ever went on but still a bit sometimes. I am jetted 45 pilots and 152.3 across the board. Thinking if I go 155 on one cylinder and I may be good to go. Would you go to one main bigger on the mag or pto cylinder? Remember this is a ported 700.
