There are many older Yamahas in our group. We just had our 3rd broken drive shaft occur in the last 2 years. The afflicted machines (all stock) are:
'98 Mtn Max
'99 Phazer 500
'00 Mtn Max
It doesn't seem that any of these were likely caused by hitting stumps or other serious abuse. Is this a common issue with this vintage Yamaha sled, or have we just had some really bad luck? Just curious. Thanks
