Are specifications listed on this site for rebuilding my 03 Viper motor? Any special things I should be watching out for? I have done a few jet ski motors in the past but never a Viper motor.
*I know about priming the oil pump
*Went through the carbs they were clean
*Cases are clean and ready to go
*Reeds have been cleaned and inspected
*Crank need a few new bearings $600 och
*Needed one cylinder honed all 3
*Going to run SLP pistons
*Pulled gas tank and drained/cleaned
*Cleaned up clutches
*Inspected wiring harness and heat taped hood section due to tipples.

Give me your advise to make me successful I only want to do this once. Thanks Dennis

If your going to tear it down do crank seals and water pump seals, check out your water pump shaft/impeller good, had post's in the past of impeller spinning on shaft when warm, try a search also, lots of info on viper's here..

Yes motor is torn down 100% plan to do seals, gaskets and everything that comes in a complete gasket kit. I now have 2 sets of cases my original set has a crack so I am using set #2. Might weld up my cases so I have a lower end motor ready. I think I will stick with this Viper for a few more years. Make me smart please and thank you for sending me the specifications. I should begin building the motor this Wednesday evening the 20th.
