Plug Reading Gods... Help!!!

I DON,T KNOW IF YOU WERE ASKING THE REAL GOD FOR HELP OR ME lol!!!!!!!!!!! I CAN TELL YA YOUR PLUGS LOOK MORE THAN SAFE. PERFECT IN MY BOOK. YOU DON,T NEED TO BE ON THE RAGED EGDE, 3:16 (yammie tony)

lol, looking for anyone that will comment at this point tony. Thanks.

On the second WOT Test, the two right most plugs.
Any idea what the dark spots are on the end of the ground strap?

You have 2 burn lines on the electrode. This is one way of reading your plugs. A dark burn line like you are experiencing indicates you are WAY SAFE ! With the addition of good octane fuel "91 grade or higher" you won't have to worry about burning it down !!

Are you saying/recommending higher octane fuel?

All plugs look good, notice the silver ring on the tip edge of the electrode...indication that all is bang on, temp/air/fuel/oil mixture...what is your wash...can you see inside with flex led you should see pinky fingernail size wash on top...another tell tell sign that things are bang on...now go out & enjoy it...cheers

Yah I have to get one of those bore light that fits in the plug hole. Can't see, I've tried. SNOWRULES - princess auto sell them, can you get me one???

I'm saying to keep it running and have no issues you should run 91 octane or better when making your WOT passes !! Eliminates concern of detonation !

Are you saying that you can actually read the wash without removing the heads? I've never tried it.

I understand. Thought you saw something on the plugs telling the fuel want good enough. I run 94 octane most of the time. That is what those passes were done with.

Yah, some auto parts stores sell magnetic flexible pickup tools with a light on the end. Simply remove all your plugs, rotate motor so the piston you wan to look at is at the bottom, insert light through plug hole.
