High End RPM's

My buddy is changing around his Secondary Spring for better Low to mid-range launching in the twisty's....However he still wants top end speeds as well.

What is a safe High End RPM on a 95' Vmax 500?

stock you want around 7,800ish on top,anymore and your over rev'en loosing HP...
