motor swap???

Hi, does anyone know what issues I might have putting a '97 700 SX motor into my 2002 Vmax 600 chasis? I know I'll have to deal with clutching but any other issues? Electrical? Exhaust manifold? What other motors would fit relatively easily?
Any help would be greatly appreciated... Brian...

they are both triples, drop right in, change the carbs, cdi box, clutching, should be good to go.

Thanks for the reply man... I appreciate the help... Will any cdi from a SX 700 work, or can I just use my stator from my 600 motor?
