Hungry SRX

The power valve in my center cylinder cracked off at the stem, some how made it into the exhaust manifold and eventually wedged itself into the small end of the pipe. Has this happened to any one else?

my buddies 700 use to "eat them" but we figured it was cause he had one stuck one time pulled the jug and pounded it threw.... i donno if there are stoppers in there i imgine there was.. and well he flattend them out.... would eat them up and spit them out no prob.... sled would just be a little dead while it was "digesting"

yes there's suppose to be stopper's in there preventing that from happening, his must have gotten wore away somehow..
