ok here's my deal i wanna know if ya can over load the weights in a clutch... i make my own pins for the weights. and well my last set of pins are up around 10grms... i gram weigh each weight to make sure all is equal... but was just wondering if i could be over stressing things in there....

Do you mean 10 grams for 1 pin???But if each one weights 5 grams I wouldnt worry about it. But I also wouldn't be putting 7 or 8 grams in each hole!!!!

i got 8dn-20 and was tryin to get outta buyin a new spring... but can kill the motor with weight...

and if i got an over rev will a softer or harder spring load the motor more?

I softer spring will load the motor....what are you running for a setup and what sled are you clutching?? But you need to post what your rpms are and engagement, and when you pin it, and when you are at wot. What springs, what helix, and what weights you got in there now!!!
