It's longer travel. One of the years of the RX1 had non-rebuildable shocks but I don't know if it was 2003. It's still a proaction based suspension but I thought my sled rode pretty decent last week with the viper shocks. Sounds like a good price if the bushings, bearings and bogies are all good.

The 03' rx skid has 1 shock in the skid that is not rebuildable, and I think that it is the rear skid shock if I am not mistaken.
See there you go. I knew I heard something about it. I thought it was the later years...which would make it the older ones.... my bad.

It will bolt right in, all you have to do is swap the upper rear cross shaft out. In other words, you have to use the shaft out of your SRX in the RX-1 skid. The RX-1 shaft isn't wide enough.

So I wont have to drill new holes in the tunnel using a template from an RX1? I was told I would have to do so!!!
