Vmax 600 RPM?

Posting this for a friend. Does anyone know what the operating RPM is for a '95 VMAX 600 with a stock pipe or with PSI twins? Thanks.

Stock is, ingagement 3500-3700 and 7800+/-100 @ WOT,try a search on the pipes,been posted before.
