Ok guys,

I just got in the mail:

wh/wh/wh primary
Green secondary
8dn-20's
52/42 helix

I ordered 8 (2 for backup) 4.5g rivets.

Now, The mods are in my sig (the srx). I was wodnering something. One my setup I have right now there is an aluminum spacer (About 3/16" thick) behind my primary spring. My engagement is at 4200 right now, I would like to keep that enagagement close, but not over 4500, and nothing lower than 4200. Should I put that aluminum spacer back in with my new wh/wh/wh?

Also What wrap should I place the secondary in at? I use the sled for trail and lake racing. So I was thinking a 70* wrap??????

Also keep in mind that I have power inc. pipes. They like to be around 8350 on a stock engine. So I would like to get my RPM close to that, MAX being around 8500.

Let me know you think, Nik!

Also with the spacer, it raises the engagement becasue it compresses the spring mroe making more pressure which hold the enganement a little later????

Put the spring in hole 6 on helix and hole 1 on clutch. Then twist the helix clockwise till bolts line up. You will have to hold the 2 sheaves together when doing this.

AWESOME thanks! Thats what I was going to do, But was unsure as to keep the sheaves together or apart.

Nik!
