$1600 just in parts, probably another $500-$700 (just a guess) in labor. case half, crank seal, starter motor, gear, secondary, coolant line, plastic belly pan, stabilizer bar, belt. They submitted everything to Yamaha (estimate, my registration, bill of sale, etc.) and are waiting to hear from them on their decision. I guess I'm not out of the woods yet, but should know something in the next few days.

ouch, hopefully the comp everything.
otherwise the sled has more in damages / fixes than it is realistically worth.
I am having my vin run to check for recalls this week

supposedly when the gear came loose, it knocked into the side of the case and dented it, causing a pop-out on the inside.

If it doesnt work out, knock on wood, I will probably sell it as-is or part it out.

If nothing else they may split the cost,but they should do 100%,thats bull,

Just got word from Meyers in Ishpeming that Yamaha is going to fully cover the parts and labor to fix the sled!!!! Thank you Yamaha!!!
