hello . i wonder if someone has tried turbo on a srx 700 .is ther som kits to bay just bolt on.

don't think u can put a turbo on that ... only 2 stroke ive seen with turbo its diesel engine

There are alot of turbo kits for 2 strokes. I have never seen anybody who has done one in an SRX though. I think it would have to be fabricated.

I know TY member red6sx is a turbo Yamaha. I have done a few Cats. Still have a ZR580 with one.
Stock was 92hp @ the crank, with turbo I'm 88hp @ the track

I dont think a stock viper would do that on a track dyno, that is a huge gain!!!Did you do it yourself? Talk about a little sleeper.

Track hp is about 55% of crank hp, more with good clutching. A 700 SRX is around 75~78 to the track. My turbo is a Aerochager, I made the intercooler.
The mother-inlaw trail rides this turbo 580, so it's a nice all around sled.

Aerochager did try to turbo a 700SX, but took out the crank quick. So that was the end of that.
They did do a 600 SX twin, made over 200hp on race fuel with a intercooler.

I tried finding the old post on here but it must no longer exist.
Dave from powder lites buildt a turbo srx he had pics and detail on here but there wan't enough interest so he didn't produce them.On llow boost on pump fuel with not much tuning it put out 200-205hp if I remember correctly.

My uncle had a turbo on his old Chaparral in the late 70's so this isn't new technology ! His had the 634 Hirth in it. Good luck if you try to take on this project.

I have ridden this machine...it's fun! The feeling is awesome

Original question

To answer your original question......heck no! You don't just "bolt on" a turbo on a two stroke!
