Viper Blue Chrome Windshield

Does anybody have the blue chrome windshield on a viper and do you have pics? I was wondering why no one has one of these is it because you don't like the look or you didn't know about it? Everyone seems to have either the blue or the chrome.

awesome. I have been trying to decide on a black windy or the blue chrome with my viper. I also have the black around the head lights.

where can a guy find a chrome windshild for viper. not the blue chrome. what brand are the blue chrome windshields, cause some look to have black on the bottom of the windshild and some don't. yamachris, what brand of skidplate u got?

The blue chrome is made by Sportech but it is also known as a Cobra windshield. I am pretty sure the skid plate is made by Holeshot, but I am looking for them but they got discontinued and not very many places have them in stock anymore.

absolutely... yamaha. try portyamaha.com for a good price, they usually have great prices and I think if I had it to do over I might go with silver

Are these two skid plates the same? His looks darker? Also, is this skid plate on the website the same as yours?

Both the skids in the pictures are Yamaha Skid Plates (GYTR) http://www.portyamaha.com/eshopprod_cat_3755-3795-19835_product_451362.Ultra_Plates.htm

I'm thinking of getting a black one from Yamaha... hmmm, how much more money can I dump into this sled? hehehehe...

thats exactly correct, both shown are gytr and the one you showed is not. and get anything but black, black looks boring as stock lol!

lol... I dunno, the blue ones just kinda sticks out weird to me... the silver is alright but if you have a polished tunnel it only matches the spindles/trailing arm... oh well, too late to change my mind, got one coming... cant wait to get my blue chrome windy too...

I went and looked at the sled today and it has the exact skidplate I wanted so that worked out well.

If anyone is thinking about getting one of them Blue Chrome windshields from Cobra, ya better act on it quick! I started looking around last week for one, Cobra quit making them!!! Parts Unlimited, Up North Sports, even smaller online sellers dont have em anymore, and cant get them. I got the last one that was in-stock from Dennis Kirk, their website says that they are expecting more soon, so I am assuming they found some somewhere that no one else has found...
