Speedo Problem With Smaller Drivers

I have put the studding kit (from Maxximum Performance) in my 04 Viper s
The 8 in Drivers, Gears in the chain case etc. and my speedo is still off about
10 mph (fast) Is there a fix for this ? Any info would be helpfull.

Yes, remove the gear on the end of the shaft where speedo pickup is and grind/mill off 2 teeth...you'll be right on then.
