poor spark

coils and stator and cdi tested good but for some reason I put new plugs in and the spark gets weak after a mile or so. What causes a pug to get weak spark

Stator goes weak after they have gotton hot.Than the sled will start and test ok the next day.

will the stator take out plugs? If I put new plugs in the sled runs good then the spark gets weak under a load. I tested the stator after the sled was running for a while

Try changing the plug caps

The plug caps were tested with an ohm meter and they tested ok

replace them anyway.

Cheap thing to eliminate.
