Hey guys,

I've had some interest in part fabrication for snowmobiles. I have the opportunity to fabricate some things of interest for you guys.

Things I can do are:

Drop brackets (All pro action sleds)
Boost Bottles (Square tubing or rounds)
Bar riser blocks
Reed Spacers

For the boost bottles, I can make them currently for any sled that comes factory with one, I just need the measurements between the two carbs. I know the red top yamahas need the bottle and rings and that can be made if I have enough interest.

All of these would be done in aluminum and can come polished.

Basically i'm wondering what you guys are interested in having before I start making things.

Thanks

Sam

You had better check with MrSled before doing any type of advertisment, there are allot of site sponsors that currently produce and sell products such as yours.

Just tryin to help, and I hope it works out for you!

I just cleared my inbox.

Oh ok, Your not to far.

What type of racing do you do, prof? Amature? Who do you go to for parts?

Nik!

Amateur, nothing extreme...yet.. We have a sled in the works.

Right now we're only looking for interest in the products, what happens here and on other sites will determine what we do.

This is just for interest purpose only. Once sales start then we will want to talk once again. So please everyone let him know your interest so we can have him as a advertiser.

Thanks Tom

Like he said, we're only looking for interest. If there is a considerable amount we may get into this. If it works out with small things, more technical product could be considered. We have the tools needed we just need to know if there is a good market for it.

Thanks

Sam

Dont take this the wrong way but most people would like to hear a company name,Your full name and location that your shop is.As stated there is suppliers that have years of experance and testing of there products and spend alot of there time giveing free advice on setups.Seeing you are from ontario is a plus in my books.

Its a plus!!! Too bad they don't make performance parts for your sled. Its going to be hard for you to keep up to me without them! LOL!!! See you next winter :D

Good luck with the sales Sam!

I understand that, I'd be a little wary too. Like we said before this is just a interest thing. Theres really no company formed as of yet.

Little fill in of whats going on.

Right now we're looking to see if anyone will be interested, if there is enough interest in small quantities of small simple to manufacture parts, then we may move onto bigger stuff.

Basically all I need to know is who would be interested in drop brackets, bar risers blocks, reed spacers and boost bottles (polished). If you guys generate enough interest in these things then we will go ahead and make them. Sometime in the next couple weeks when I'm done exams I'll fab up a boost bottle for pictures and such.

Don't worry i'm not taking down your name and holding you to purchasing anything, I'm just wondering who would be interested in these products. We're not looking to make a million dollars we're more focused on doing what we love for the people who love it.

If you guys have any suggestions for anything you'd like to see made and its an easy thing to fabricate then post it here or pm me. I already have one person who put in an idea of a snap on carb trumpet.

Thanks

Sam

I wouldn't buy from you because you're in Canada and I can buy stuff cheaper here, but for people that could and would buy from you, maybe you could post some prices and maybe some pics of other parts / product you have made so people could see your skill and workmanship?

Yea shipping is pretty ridiculous, I don't have anything yet, but once my exams are over i'm going to throw something together.

Dave and I were speaking and we were thinking like a polished aluminum boost bottle would be in the range of like 30-70$ all depending on the costs for us to make it and such. That price isn't set in stone but it's a rough figure.
