76 srx susp. into 78 srx

hey guys looking for some info on installing 76 srx suspensoin into 78 srx chassie will it fit in stock mounting holes or do you need to move them thank for any info

I beleave it just bolts right in. Nice lightening up move. Now change the dash and seat to a 77 style. Then the skis. Ok I'll stop. LOL. Dean-o
 
thank for the info very helpful. have new skis from wahl bros and I hav motor at delaughter perf. plus his pipes
 
my 80

I have a 80 srx w/76 skid and it looks like more holes were drilled. Maybe 80 tunnel was different?
But it will fit, hooks nice. hey tony how was the swain drags?

Hey Bogus1,
I have a set of Daves new pipes on my 77srx mod. Your going to like em. I had to reweld the flanges. Make sure they can move a little. Good luck. Dean-o
 
hey thanks for the info dean-o I will be running 44's bored out with k&n's on ice should run pretty nice completly striped and started from bare skid was kind of rough when I started but everything was there. and thanx everybody else for the info (bogus1)
