I was doing some pre storage cleaning and after removing the air box, discovered some holes in the botton and 3 holes in the top part , now I know the top holes are "modified" but I am not sure about the bottom . Can anyone tell me if its stock or not? I would really want an air box that wasnt modified, I have to keep looking around to find another one.

Ok , I guess that really was a dumb question, looking at it now that would make sense . I just thought the guy got a little carried away using the drill. I wanted to make sure .

I just bought a used stock 01 SRX airbox to convert my 02 SRX back to stock (it had a Bender cold air kit on it when I bought it and I can't handle the intake noise). The stock airbox has the same holes as yours.
On a side note, did your better half catch you with that gassy smelling airbox on that nice floor?

I cleaned the air box first , it was really greasy and grimme. It was a mess and now it looks like new , used degreaser and simple green . Part of my pre storage cleaning
