Pipes and Dyno Tune

I have been searching but does anyone know a "great" shop that can install my Bender triple pipes and dial in my Viper in Southern WI or Northern IL.

Simons CPR (Jeff Simons) Richfield Wisconsin has a track dyno and a motor dyno. I'm not sure it's been a while but I think he charges $100 bucks per hour. His phone # is 414-698-6611
