I wondered the same thing. With the compression numbers and the squish I'm guessing it's had some work done to it.
well i pulled off the exhaust on the pto side and looked up n and its all smooth. i was thinking that it would be like a casting finsh, so now im wondering if its been ported/polished. still see nice cross hatches on the cyl walls. oh and i pulled out the power valve and its all carboned up.

i thought the grey v-force's were version 2 and the black v-force's version 1 & 3. the snap in design is version 3 and the screw on design were versions 1 & 2.
i just did some searching on the internet and i believe you are correct. the grey v-forces look to be version 1.

just an update for ya. i found out the crank hasnt been done, and its been ported and polished. you guys w/ pipes and other mods like mine what (just a general idear) do you guys run for poilets, and mains. thanks.
well another update. the sled lives. just got it all back together and wow those pipes sound nice. couldnt crank it open too much this late at night though lol. thanks for the help and i'm sure i'll be asking more questions this coming winter.
