ZX2 Skid!
off the line traction is great. I don't have a studded track, so I do get some track spin, but never any ski lift. Alot better then the m10 in this department. I'm still running the shitty stock track as well. If you want to ice drag, all you have to do is move two pins at the front of the revolver, to reduce weight transfer. It takes about 30 seconds a side. Whole skid is easy to adjust compared to the proaction. Sometimes it is hard to rotate the revolver on the trail, when it gets full of snow. Alot easier to do in the garage at home. I just leave mine on the third setting and play with the shock spring tension on the trail. I move the weight transfer pins around depending on how smooth the trail is. If it is smooth I can set it so I don't get much transfer for formula one handling. The ride is great with the variable rate of the shocks. The faster you go the harder this skid works. You get a nice soft ride in the little bumps, with amazing bottoming resistance on the big ones. It is close to impossible to bottom this skid. It will never buck u, like the proaction either.
I have gotten up-words of 160 miles on a tank before in perfect conditions, on hard packed trails with not much stopping involved. You can easily get 130 miles tank after tank. The sled really coasts well, when you let off the gas. Really notice the difference. I ran the skid for 2600 miles last winter and I had no slider wear at all. That is impressive.
