Improved class rules

i think long as it starts out as a stock part.i think that is the way it used to be anyway.i could be wrong though.

IMPROVED STOCK CLASS

Engines
Same rules allowed in stock class with only the following changes.
Crankcase and cylinder porting allowed
Any compression ratio allowed.
Only internal head modifications allowed.
Any silenced exhaust system allowed.
Any reed/cage, rotary valve and or intake length change allowed.
Carburetor boring and divider plates allowed.
Oil pump can be disabled.
Air box modifications/air filters/stacks or no air box allowed.
Additional fuel pumps and impulse lines allowed.
Timing changes including offset keys allowed.
CDI boxes can be altered or substituted from another model or year sled.
Engines may be bored up to a class limit.

Drive
Any drive sprocket allowed.
Any gear/chain allowed. Any combination of clutches or machining allowed. Wave and aftermarket brake rotors allowed. No lightweight shafts allowed.
Track & Suspension
Suspensions must be original for model.
Same track and suspension rules as stock class, except any idler wheel allowed.


Chassis
The same rules as stock class apply with the following additions.
Environmentally friendly lube system allowed.
Heat exchangers may be relocated or modified or substituted.
Aftermarket engine mounts allowed.
Torque arms allowed.
Original fuel tank must be utilized. Additional fittings allowed.
No lightweight components, including hood, seat, trailing arms, spindles, a-arms or radius rods. No lightening holes allowed.
Access openings for component accessibility such as pipes or clutches allowed.
 
so if i have an aftermarket track say from camopast, im not allowed to run in improved stock?
 
thats ok tony. thats why im a dumb truck driver and not a school teacher. i'll try to do "batter" lol.
