need help with bender triples

I run the same jets in all three carbs with the Bender head and opticool gasket. 1500 miles last year with no problem. Bender evens out the compression so there is no need to stagger the jetting. There is no gain other than reliability when running tripple pipes. But you must use the opticool gasket for even cooling. I also use the SRX base gasket for better cooling.

what does it cost to get the head done and where cani get it done i here ther is a bender dealer in london ontario whoul they do it

i was thinking of this set up for my piped viper 8DN-20's stock primari spring 48/34 helix with the stock primair spring sound good for a piped viper

Call Bender Canada at 519-236-7299. They should have an exchange head and opticool gasket for you. As for clutching you will have to go to the tech section if your useing yamha parts. I'm useing H/C's but i can't remember what set up i have now. I'm alway's changing stuff.

thanks but im not woried about the opticool gasket or heads i have some srx heads on the way and i mad a cooling rail out of a ol srx cooling rail. i found a set up in the tech page for a jaws piped viper will tht work.

i swaped out my 1.25inch ripsaw for a stock yamaha sxviper track with 96 studs and then did some clutching and i am very im prested with how the sled performs with the bender pipes it will pull my budys nytro from 30k up to 190k and will stay with the attak. thanks for all the help guys.

Mopar1Rules - is this below the specs from bender for bender pipes setup on an 02 viper? Do you know where i can find a set of these install instructions?

i just got ahold of some bender install instructions and see that they want the pto cylinder at 167.5 and mag/center cylinders at 162.5. and pilots at 55. and needles stock. i'm not sure why they have the pto jetted fatter. i've always seen the mag cylinder get the hottest on stock headed piped vipers. i guess, just try it like bender says, and see what ya get. check plugs and piston wash. leave the vent lines plugged in for now, and just run it like bender says.

i found those specs on the internet, while searching, but wouldn't jet it like that. i have instructions from bender (thanks to a fellow ty member), that i can post the specs off:

for 0-2000 feet and 0-32 deg ferenheit

167.5 mains for premium...170 mains for anything less
stock needles w/clip on groove #4 and both washers underneath
52.5 pilots for premium...55 pilots for anything less
1-7/8 turns on fuel screws

hope this helps people.
