I am wondering since I cannot get my transfer if I have the wrong transfer rods in. I bought a set off here from a guy who said there were from a Viper, now that I think about it aren't Vipers short travel or am I wrong??

Vipers are not short travel.
Yeah thats what I thought. I wonder if I put them in wrong. I belive I bought them from you, they have the 2 nuts on the rod itself that you have move up or down. Now it seems to me that theres no lines on how to judge to how transfer there is. I bet pictures would help alot, maybe on Friday when I get my sled out of storage I will take some so you better understand what I am talking about. I mean they seem to fit just fine thats why I figured they were the right ones. They look stock, just have threads on the rod where the nuts can be turned to either go up the rod or down the rod...
If they where short travel on your long travel the back of your track would be about 4" off the ground and soon as the clutches engaged you would be doiung a wheelie.
My buddy put them on his sxr.Shade tree sent him the wrong one's,lol

Ok, I have another question then. When putting the bolt in through the bottom, how tight do I make it? It seems like the more I tighten the bolt the more tight the suspension gets, is that right? I also had them back off a few times, and one fell out once.

They should be tight - I usually use two wrenches on the 14mm bolt and locktite them and snug them up real good.
