can the nikasil cylinders be honed??
dropped mine of at a motor shop because they needed them to match up the new Wiesco pistons. When I got them back the mechanic didnt tell me he honed them, I noticed it on my bill and then I checked the cylinders and they are all cross hatched.... doenst that wear off the nikasil?
just like to hear from some other guys before I call dealer tomorrow and see what Yammy says about them.

yes, they can be honed. If they weren't honed you'd never get the rings to seal. i'm sure they were just honed with a real fine finish hone which won't hurt a thing.
