Boyesen Rage Cage

Stock reed cages & reeds work very well. After market reeds (carbon fiber) on the stock cages only make maybe two horse power, not worth the money. On your 780 a set of V-force 3 will make maybe 5-6 in the midrange and 3-4 on top end, not alot but if it is enough to beat the sled you are running against by a sled length, then well worth it. V-force are the only after market reeds that I would use other than the stock ones. Usually you can pick up a set of V-3's in the classifieds for around $150, well worth it IMO.

Should be the same hp figures, the only difference between the two is that the 2's are bolted together and the 3's snap together (no bolts, screws).

this rage cage is a 3 reed design.looks very trick & sounds well worth the investment.i recently talked to a boyeson rep & i believe boyeson is going to make it's way back into the market very fast.

They look well put together. I had a set of Boyesens on my Superjet before I turned it into a stroker. They worked very nicely.

i have them on my venture . they work well for me . mine are dual set up reeds . the housing is more like a port than a open reed block
