2002 viper mbrp can jetting ?????

i bought a 2002 viper with a mbrp can on it i was wondering if i put a bender 4+4 pipe on it if i need to re-jet????? the guy i bought the can from says no but i thought i would trust fellow ty,ers than him!!!!!!!! please help its getting cold!!!!!! think lots of snow!!!!!!!
 
you might want to wrap that can with some header wrap. it loses heat fast and drops your rpms down out of your sweet spot. had that problem with mine.

Id think youd wanna wrap the PIPE before youd wrap the can. Correct me if Im wrong.
 
if you want to keep the can on it, wrap it in 2 layers of header wrap. helps keep the heat in the can better. did this to bros mbrp for his viper and the rpms didnt drop on back to back wot pulls on lake like it used to. I was told this when i got my can from another member on here.
